Corey Griffo
Corey Griffo grew up in Louisville KY but it didn’t take long to realize that Lexington was where he belonged. After coming to College at the University of Kentucky, Real Estate quickly made its way into his life. Corey graduated with his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and Economics, and earned his Realtor License immediately after in the fall of 2008. The great recession however forced him to follow a different path, becoming a Financial Analyst for the Army Corps of Engineers in 2009 but Corey never lost that love for real estate, renovating several homes on his nights and weekends over the years. One perk with the Corps of Engineers was that it relocated Corey to Wiesbaden, Germany for several years, and instilled a love for other cultures and travelling the world. Once returning back to the US, Corey found his way back to Lexington and purchased and renovated a historic property in the West Sixth corridor.
Dave Alford
Dave hails from western Kentucky, moving to Lexington in 2004 for college. He bought his first rental property a month after graduating high school and has been involved in the real estate world, in one way or another, ever since. He graduated from UK in 2008 with a Finance degree and after investing in real estate for years, became a licensed Realtor in 2013. Dave lives in the heart of Lexington with his wife, Alayna, and loves the area he now calls home. Weather home gardening in his backyard, snowboarding in the Rockies, or home brewing, he enjoys being outdoors.
